Curative and Regulatory Filings
Our team of field landmen with over 60 years’ combined experience will review all title documents, title opinions, coordinate with our contracted attorneys, prepare documents for execution by owners and course of action needed in order to cure title defects present in the chain of title. So that the interest may be restored to "paying status." SIX40 works with our clients to execute the required contact with record owners, draft and mail election letters, final notices, identify and locate respondents and handles all mailed responses for pooling elections, spacing orders , unitizations orders to satisfy regulatory requirements
